How Our Business Started

The Owner and founder of South Branch Rick Putnam arrived in south Florida as the Construction and planning Vice President for Fisher Island Holdings LLC. Rick spent the next 4 years building 4 high end condominium buildings and 9 single family homes on Fisher Island in Miami Dade county. In 2005Rick and his wife Dale started South Branch Construction Services Inc. with the business plan to provide high end renovation services for our clients that come to South Florida to build or renovate their luxury homes. Our oldest son Scott Putnam has extensive experience in construction management and customer wood working and has made a huge contribution to our business.
